Victory’s mission aims to give back to the veteran and disadvantaged communities throughout New Jersey. Through effective partnerships, community engagement, and employment opportunities, Victory plans to make a large impact.

Employment Opportunities

Victory has a focus on hiring local veterans. We hire veterans because they share our values and make great team members. With 386,000 unemployed veterans in 2021 (Bureau of Labor Statistics), we plan to make an impact locally, one hire at a time.

EOD Warrior Foundation

Victory is partnering with the EOD Warrior Foundation, which serves the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) community by providing financial assistance and support to Active-Duty, Reserve/National Guard, Retired and Veteran EOD technicians and their families across all military branches.

Community Partnerships

Victory partners with the local community in Monmouth County, charities, and civic organizations to support veterans and dispel the stigma surrounding cannabis among the veteran community.
