About us

Victory is headed by Evan Cleaver, a former US Army Captain and veteran of the Afghan War. Upon graduating college, Evan joined the US Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) officer and served in Afghanistan as the war was hitting its peak. Upon his return to civilian life, facing PTSD like many veterans, Evan turned to cannabis which provided significant relief. In pursuit of finding the best medicine and a need for self reliance, Evan gained a passion for growing cannabis and started his dream of one day opening a legal business that could help other veterans and NJ residents.
